Yunhong Digital Technology Trade Industrial Park project, a new industrial park that optimizes and integrates the results of its industrial digitalization upgrading, plans in the development direction of digital industrialization with a total investment of 2 billion yuan. The total construction area covers the land of 230 mu, of which the Gross Floor Area is about 300,000 square meters and 20 main buildings have been built, including the construction of digital health and pension industry, digital industrialization trade platform, comprehensive logistics (including general airport, port, Wuxue electronic information highway port, modern intelligent logistics park), green mine resource development and so on.

Digital health and retirement industry

Digital health and pension industry of Yunhong Group is a health care base oriented to the aging market demand, with the “Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC)” as the service principle. Based on the construction of health care activity center, physical examination center, health care housing, it makes full use of the Group’s experience in photovoltaic clean energy, big health service platform and other industries, and the Group’s patent technology, to apply smart photovoltaic from the agricultural field to modern office buildings, residences and commercial bodies, etc., pioneering research and development of “Yunhong Health Care Community Service System”, and realizing the digital development of the Retirement industry.  

Digital Industrialized Trade Platform

Digital economy is the latest trend in global economic development, and the digital industrialization trading platform of Yunhong Group is the “the main driving force” to promote the development of digital industrialization of small and medium-sized enterprises, and it is also a key project of Yunhong Digital Trade Industrial Park. The Digital Logistics Industrial Park built by Yunhong Group combines various transportation modes such as general aviation airport, port terminal, Wuxue electronic information highway port, and modern smart logistics park to establish a strategic cooperative relationship, form a smooth interconnection of modern logistics, share related infrastructure, support service facilities, develop overall advantages, and then realize the professionalization of logistics and the professionalization and concentration of services.

Development of Green Mine Resources

For the "green balance" between mine resource development and ecological protection, according to China's specific requirements for green mine construction and the current situation of mining development in Hubei, Yunhong Group has consciously implemented General Secretary Xi Jinping's concept for development of "lucid waters and lush mountains are invaluable assets" since the preparatory stage. In accordance with the national green mine construction standards, it takes the initiative to build mines with high standards, and ensures green development from the source.

After the completion of the project, the Industrial Park will become the leading comprehensive sci-tech park for residences and commerce in Hubei Province and even in China that integrates international headquarters, general office, multimedia and e-commerce studios, international technical talent resource exchange, high-tech development, start-up and high-tech business incubation, regional landmark product exhibitions and modern smart health care.

Yunhong Digital Trade Industrial Park project can become a leader in the upgrading of Wuxue City's industrial institutions, an industrial support service center, and a carrier of foreign economic and technological cooperation, and then can better serve Wuxue City and Wuhan City Circle.
